Pellegrino has compiled their list of the world´s top 50 restaurants again and ladies and gentlemen… we have a new winner! NOMA in Copenhagen, Denmark (up two spots from last year)

“The list is the result of an extensive poll of the world’s most celebrated chefs, renowned food critics, leading restaurateurs and well-travelled gourmands – collectively they are The World’s 50 Best Restaurants Academy. The list creates tremendous debate – and it’s meant to. What makes the best dining experience to one person will be different for another, hence, we conduct a poll. This way, we can show you what experts feel are the best restaurants at the moment.
